Week One Day Four Activity 1 (4 points)
Success Criteria: Let’s imagine that you met Sir Edmund Hillary in real life and
were able to interview him.
On your blog, post five questions that you would like to ask Sir Edmund Hillary
about his life.
1) What other interests were you in when you were in school?
2) How did you physically have to prepare to climb Mount Everest ,
and hours per week(personal training).
3)Who helped you along the way to achieve your goals?
4) Has it always been your dream at a young age to climb Mount
Everest or did you decide later on?
5) What employment were you in after you conquered Mount Everest
and returned home?
I am not sure who this photo it taken by but I know it is found on this website. |
Hey Jennae,
ReplyDeleteYou have really taken the time to think about some of these questions. Terrific work, Jennae, I love that you have thought about questions that are related to what Sir Edmund Hillary does. I also wonder what he did to train for his climb up Mount Everest as well as how much time he put in everyday. I hope he was allowed to eat a chocolate bar every now and then! I really like your last question, I'm also curious to know what Sir Edmund Hillary was employed to do after he conquered Mount Everest.
Speaking of climbing mountains, do you enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors? I live in Auckland and we don't have as many mountains to hike and bush trails to walk compared to you but I still like to go in my spare time. We're very fortunate to be living in New Zealand because there are many, many mountains and bush trails available for us to hike all the time.
Happy blogging,
Evelyn :)
